We do not know what car this wheel fits, but you are sure welcome to come take a look at it. Most of the time these steering wheels are so deteriorated and are not usable. Well all this steering wheel needs is a little black paint on the metal cross bars, and a little wood cleaner and it is ready to use. The wood is not splintered or nicked up. There is a number stamped on the bottom of the metal cross bar: C3637 OW, probably a part number. Measures 17 inches outside to outside, the center 2 slot hole is 7/8 inches.
